The Wounded Soldier Project

I am a mother of two and an advocate for a nonprofit organization called NOT-ME! (www.not-me.org) founded by Erik Kondo. NOT-ME! provides self defense education for everyone, but focuses on women and people with disabilities. Our group of mothers is educating people about the 5D's of Self-Defense.

One of our projects is the Martial Arts for Wounded Soldiers program. We need volunteers to help us contact our list of martial arts businesses across America. We are trying to obtain free martial arts for training for wounded soldiers. What we need you to do is simply find the email addresses of the list of the martial arts businesses that we send to you. After this is complete, you will get further instruction.

Please help us with our cause. It will not cost you any money. You will be a part of something great. We are contacting local mothers groups in hopes that we can get this project on the move. Mothers are powerful and our voices need to be heard. I know it is possible for some of you to help get this moving. Although this is volunteer work, we have decided to give away some complimentary prizes. We are associated with Together in Motion of Arlington, Ma. (http://www.togetherinmotion.com/ ) and we will be giving away passes to our open play for kids 0-6 yrs old if you participate. We will give away a tween dance party, or a child’s birthday party worth $249 to the mom we think has gone over the top in supporting us in this project. Please give us your time .
